Issue with multi-GPU processing #47

Hello, I am encountering an issue with multi-GPU processing. I am using 8 CSV files as input and opened 8 terminals to utilize 8 GPUs to process these 8 CSV files separately. I have set up 8 different output folders for each process. However, the CSV files that were output are all identical, meaning that despite opening 8 terminals, only one CSV's ligand data was processed and replicated across all outputs.
