Global parallelism

Thanks to take being largely asynchronous, it would be possible to allow all dependencies to be run in parallel, and makes sense to. This should be configured on the take-global options object, and should allow overriding in the individual target definitions. By default, however, it should be synchronous (to ensure predictable behavour)
