Support for railML 3.x #2

I really like the idea of this project and would love to use it. However, the README suggests that it only works with railML 2.x files. Feeding a railML 3.x file indeed fails with Info: caused by callback error: external error: No tracks found in the infrastructure.
Are you still maintaining this project and interested in supporting a more recent railML version?
