Revise if the conda folder is needed

Is this folder necessary to generate the pyCapsid package in conda?

Check with Colin. Generate issues as needed for lab folks.

The conda folder is part of the github conda build procedure. However it can be moved as long as the relevant line in https://github.com/luquelab/pyCapsid/blob/main/.github/workflows/conda-custom.yml is also changed.
