Create a logic to find point region

We need a way to determine the region for the dot. This is needed so we can check if in that region there is or not a dot. The image below shows the regions we should check.

Today we just do padding after the digits contours are found, but this sometimes doesn't work because the distance is not fixed for all seven-segment displays. I would suggest creating a region between two adjacent digits contours so it can be dynamic. For the first digit, I would use a fixed region.
