support subprojects #65
Description
Sometimes the same mailing list is used for multiple projects or different branches for the same tree.
- Add the ability to have a specific marker per-patch.
- Add the ability for the registered user to move a patch from a subproject to another.
- Add a mean for the importer to directly put the patch in the right subproject.
- Change the summary UI to the sub-projects and the related statistics.
