IPFS Pinner beta - ZMQ Issue

ZMQ is not working yet fully so run the script using the -z flag or argument for now to avoid issues with zmq monitoring kicking in. 

Navigate in the console to where the script is and then use ```python T2_ipfs_pinner_0_0_3_beta.py -z``` for now to disable zmq monitoring.
