Reason why Native Driver Store option shows no entries at all, but DISM option shows them all?

On my Windows 11 Enterprise 23H2 RAPR shows no entries at all when using the Native Driver Store option, but the DISM option shows them all and works OK (deletes old drivers, etc.).

Why would be the reason for that?

My Windows is working fine. My driver store is in the standard System32\DriverStore location. Sysinternals ProcMon shows RAPR traverses successfully through the entire DriverStore and the DriverDatabase in the registry... But at the end it shows nothing ("No entries loaded").

Can RAPR include a bit more info about the scanning process in the log file than just "Rapr started - Scanning driver store... - Ready"?

Ah, and the PnpUtil option is grayed out even though pnputil.exe does exist in my system.

PnPUtil also does not work on W11 on my system, only on W10. No idea why. No solution found.
