Feature? : Integration with Nextcloud

Many structures with this type of organization and a keen awareness of the use of digital tools often use Nextcloud. Have you considered making a Nextcloud integration?

Thanks for your suggestion! At the moment, we don’t have any plans to integrate with Nextcloud.
That said, I’d love to better understand your expectations. What kind of integration are you imagining exactly?

I'm a group organization facilitator (company / association / Discord online community...).

In the field of cooperatives and associations, there are often hybrids between employees and volunteers, and in rather horizontal modes of governance, close to Holacracy for example, it's sometimes difficult to “graphically facilitate” the organization of teams / roles...

I've tested a lot of digital tools:

Mind maps: effective, but not very dynamic
Wiki: For a document base, yes, but on the data facilitation of complex role representation not or not very usable.
Nextcloud: Very good for internal organization on the agenda / files / kanban side... but here again, nothing conclusive.
Kumu.io: A nice solution, but more dedicated to very large volumes of structured data files.
glassfrog: Really interesting, but not open source

So i think at least the visual part of circles and roles and members could be very interesting for association and cooperatives.

We may support Nextcloud some time in the future, but unfortunately that's not on the roadmap for now.
Rolebase is open source so you're welcome to develop an integration and to share it (pull request). We can also develop anything in service mode (billing based on development time or fixed price).

Maybe a documentation feature (notio-like) linked to roles/circles could interest you? (we're thinking about it)
