Update labels on translation update

Given the user press F12
And changes a translation
When she saves
Then the labels are updated to reflect the change

(currently, the application has to be closed and reopened for changes to be effective)

The Local Settings window appears as I need it (in English) at the moment, however when I ran it a few days ago the interface was in German.

If the German interface reappears, is there some way to get English without use of the function keys?

(F11 and F12 already have other purposes.)

@grahamperrin Unfortunately there is no way to show the i18n dialog and the function keys are hardcoded.

I guess it could be rendered configurable but that would be another issue
