SWR_Hunt hunting interval

I am maybe walking on thin ice here.
To me it looks like that the hunting interval calculation (delta_Pos) assumes constant step size - 8 microsteps,

while the step size can be 1,2,4 or 8 select in the meny.

Edit:
This maybe, after all, is on purpose. Selecting larger microsteps, if, for instance, there is a gear-box between stepper and capacitor. In that case stepper may need to turn at a lager angle for achieving reasonable hunt span
