Add Form Validation and Data Sanitization Components

WHY

As a project management UI template, Circle needs robust form validation examples that developers can use when implementing real data handling. Currently:

• Form components lack validation examples
• No demonstration of input sanitization patterns
• Missing error handling UI components
• No type-safe form submission examples

WHAT I PROPOSE

Add comprehensive form validation utilities and components that template users can leverage for safe data handling.
