In the page "Setup", we already write the following:

Within RStudio, R code can be run by going to the tab Console, while system commands are executed in the tab Terminal. We also indicate where to run your code directly above each code snippet.

Well I'm not sure, if they come from our teaching, they were taught to click on the tick box for stage, on the button commit to commit, on the colored arrows to push and pull, which are buttons integrated in Rstudio. Suddently they have commands and I think they wouldn't know why. is it that they need to learn these commands now because RStudio doesn't have the right shortcuts?

Minimally, it could say something like 'you can use git within RStudio as you've learned (with the shortcut buttons) - see tutorials' or from the command line, for isntance in the terminal offered by RStudio which openes directly in your project directory. For your convenience we provide the commands, but feel free to use the RStudio shortcuts as you've done previous'y ? something like that? it is new to them, so that feels like a lot of things new in this tutorial when it is mean to jsut recap all the new things they've learned so far and put them together.

Ah, now I see your point – it's about using Git via the RStudio GUI vs. the command line. Yeah, we should add images that show how the respective Git tasks are carried out via RStudio's point-and-click interface!
