Is this a new feature request?

Wanted change
My encodes usually take a few days so I like to run them detached and with high niceness. I could use renice but I'm sure I won't remember to do that every time so I'd like to have an environment variable where I can hardcode this instead.
Reason for change
Prevent ffmpeg from taking all CPU for itself.
