packages from pacstall repo do not appear in software manager

to reproduce:

1. add the pacstall repo using the install command at https://ppr.pacstall.dev/
2. run sudo apt update
3. open software manager
4. search for a package from the repo eg. "pacstall"
5. run apt search pacinstall to verify that the package is available

i did that and it still wasn't showing up. however i just found out apparently this is because the packages do not contain packagekit metadata. i don't really know anything about apt so i have no idea what that is
