Copied over from bytefire/speakup#3
When a native USB synth is plugged in, speakup should automatically be loaded.
This will be similar to drivers/bluetooth/hci_ldisc.c or drivers/input/serio/serport.c. Speakup line discipline will be a separate module and it will register itself when it's loaded. This means that if something other than speakup.ko uses this line discipline they won't suddenly see it disappear from underneath them.
