I think the preaspirated tokens you should be able to fix with the orthography profile by specififying ʰp, ʰt, ʰk. For the affricates and complex segments in Liverpool English, it looks like the retracted diacritic is likely to be the problem. Tiago and I will add this to CLTS when we meet next week. These transcriptions represent stops with a strong release burst, but otherwise should be okay. For the Tyneside glottalised ones, it's likely to be a misplaced tiebar that is causing the problem.
