heroku free tier is dead, 25% of fetch() are 404

https://www.whateverorigin.org/get?url= hit refresh a couple times, it alternates between heroku's 404 page and "URL parameter is required." on new Go on Fly.io proxy. I suggest you finish the transition to 100% go version since the old heroku version is offline. Another free CORS/JSONP proxy on github/donated infrastructure is quite slow in 2023 (dozen seconds TTFB for a 100KB JSON file) and I'm looking for another JSONP supporting hobby proxy for some IE 5 level fossil flipphone browsers. Source content already sends CORS headers, but I'm dealing with a flipphone/smartphone old enough to drink hard liquor, so need JSONP.
