API suggestion - make time & increment consistent between challenge & board/seek

The calls use two different sets of parameters. Also, the "time" is seconds in one and minutes in other.

Since these are already in the field, my suggestion is look for both ways on both calls.

Just bumped into this few days ago, and I'd +1 this.
Even a time object with a unit field everywhere time is dealt with would be cute.
