Sony - PlayStation (PCSX ReARMed) does have Netplay

Hi, just a simple tweak is required for this core's documentation. The current page here
https://docs.libretro.com/library/pcsx_rearmed/

Says the core lacks netplay, but it actually does have it. It works fine as long as both users are using the host's memory card. I don't think a multi memory card netplay emulator exist yet.
