Blob status table (per board)

It might be nice to have a blob status table that shows the status of blobs on each target, such as "raminit blob required", "microcode blob required", and "signed microcontroller blob required", for every target in a table with checkboxes that are autopopulated from a lookup from git tree, or a script that pushes to this static html site when we need to update the blob stati.

We ought to create an exhaustive table of targets with their blob requirements. This is not the same as parsing Kconfig. The requirements are specific to the boards and are not currently documented anywhere. Perhaps we can add more fields to board_status.txt such as microcode_required={y,n} etc
