Description
12.3's linker will not work with libhal-exceptions as it seg faults. The later versions seem to have resolved this issue as the library links and works as expected. Thus we should announce a sunsetting to the usage of 12.3, and get everyone on the latest. It might be a good idea to cache prebuilt docker images for linux, mcu, and mac builds as to speed up the deployment and reduce on network traffic and system usage.
