Content of the "figures" subfolder - shoebox simulation output #5

Description

@ezingrebe

The script run_single_shoebox.py generates the following directory (with subdirectories):

~/outputfoldername/run1/figures

The subdirectory "figures" contains the following data files:

  • gene_1_ddrg_events.pdf
  • gene_ddrg_distr.pdf
  • gene_drg_distr.pdf
  • gene_rg.pdf
  • gene_rp.pdf
  • gene_rp_time.pdf
  • n_rnp.pdf
  • ser5p_cluster.pdf
  • ser5p_log.pdf
  • ser5p.pdf

Issues to be clarified:

  • what is the difference between gene_1_ddrg_events.pdf, gene_ddrg_distr.pdf and gene_drg_distr.pdf files? Especially remarkable is the suffix, "ddrg" vs. "drg", which is also present in numerous other files from different simulations.

  • what does the file "ser5p_cluster.pdf" represent? I guess it could be the probability/amount of Ser5P around cluster for each time step, but not sure about it.
