Get a notification when call is received

Hi,

Is it possible to suggest how to go about the following?

```
1. User has this app installed
2. User receives a call
3. User gets a notification about the call
4. On tap notification, a specific screen in the app opens
```
I know these are basic questions. I am new to coding, trying to build something.
