C versions for Cython #2
Description
Requestion: Have custom Python libraries that uses such hacks.
- Fast (Inverse) Square Root and Cube Root (for Inverse Square Root Linear Unit or ISRLU)
- Fast natural exponents and Tanh (for Exponential Linear Unit or ELU, and Tanh)
- Custom Newton's Method iteration count as variable for these functions
