support youtube-nocookie provider #133
Description
When embedding a YouTube video I choose the option "enable-privacy enhanced mode". With this mode enabled YouTube generates a link that starts with https://www.youtube-nocookie.com
noembed is not able to embed this content as the provider is not supported (error: no matching providers found).
It would be nice if also the cookie sparse option of embedding a YouTube video is supported in future.
