Plugin configuration

Why do I have to setup roles two times with this field. Here in plugin global settings I set roles that should be associated with the plugin:

But then I add plugin to a field, it will ask me for the roles again.

Is there something I am missing or miss-understant?

Hi @joeyates I have tried setting this up and is not working.

1. I have a block with a field where this plugin applied:

2. Here is my Editor role

3. User with this Role still sees the field...

I must be doing something wrong?

@joeyates sorry to bother, but is there maybe any update on my last message? This just doesn't work for me
