Change Clone and Replace instance behavior #85
Description
When you are cloning an instance it currently generates a new instance with new URI (bases on work if editing) and deletes the instances that is being cloned. You are left with the work and new instances.
Instead its should just read Clone and when you cloned it does not delete the instance that was being cloned it adds the new instances in addition to leaving the existing instance.
