Description
These are a few notes from Brainhack Donostia 2025 event (https://brainhack-donostia.github.io/) "Fast voxel-wise fMRI correlation mapping using phase derivatives in LayNii IDA" project:
- Add how to install LayNii IDA to readme.
- macOS complains for security, add instructions to adress it.
- Pack LibSDL with LayNii IDA executable
- Marco solved it by installing Linux: Complained about OpenGL (freeglut3-dev)
- Shiya and Yiming needed to install
brew install sdl2(for arm64) - Antje had no problem running the executable on windows
- Everybody managed to install and run the GUI within 30 mins. We covered Windows, Linux, and Mac computers
- Error discovered by Shiya, Load crashes if not added
