Channel: failed to open/validation #27
Description
This is to prevent losing funds when attempting channel opening:
Once funds are received change the channel status from INITIALISED to FUNDED.
When a channel status is FUNDED:
change display from the X to two buttons RETRY and SWEEP.
The RETRY button allows the option to change the Node ID.
The SWEEP button accepts an address input with a fee selected then a withdrawal process occurs
