fehmpytests fails for uz_test

The linux and windows output differ, it may be a format issue. Compare with VV output files to evaluate this issue.
Also, this test problem takes over 15 minutes. Find a way to modify so it runs fast,
or keep out of required default runs, and add to "long" version of testing.

The outputs of "uz_test" are written into "wtsi_test". It might take longer than 5mins to complete the run of "uz_test", then can complete the verifying of "wtsi_test"

Construct a simplified faster version of this test for fehmpytests. Keep full complicated version in VV Test Suite.
