Tables in Chapter 21 use unnecessary vertical lines #231
Description
Vertical lines in Tables are contrary to LSP guidelines and recommendations. Some tables in Chapter 21 use vertical lines. These do not seem to be necessary and it would be good to remove them at the next occasion.
