Parameter Controls

We want to provide virtual controls which can be mapped to parameters of instruments and devices.

This requires some design work. The user needs to be able to look at all the parameters of a device that they can map and then choose the parameter they want to expose. Exposing a parameter could add an input jack to the device module, but we potentially need to handle a large number of additional input jacks.
