[Feature Request] Add a dialog to edit the start and end time of a task

Other time tracking applications allow you to add an event that occurs in the past and start tracking an event that started in the past.

This has happened to me several times when I want to start tracking a task and I forgot to start tracking it several minutes after I started working on it, or I forgot to log it completely.

This could be solved by adding a dialog that allows me to edit the start time and end time of the task. Being able to edit the end time would also be helpful if you forget to stop the timer in Khronos. If you need inspiration Hamster and TimeTrack have this capability.

@dbrandonjohnson If you are on flatpak, you can edit manually from $HOME/.var/app path for now.

@dbrandonjohnson I wanna follow-up with a question, what does editing a log accomplish for you that it needs a dialog? By this I mean, wouldn't there be another way that solves this?

Adding a dialog would stop the flow of the app that I want to accomplish even more so with the redesign.

The use case is basically if I forget to start or stop a timer it would be nice to change the start or stop time. Just the ability to edit the log in some way is all that is needed.
