[Feature Request] Better CSV Formatting

Is there any chance to formatting of the CSV export could be improved. I'm trying to visualize how I'm spending my time, and it's very difficult because, for example, the time spent on a task is part of the timedate. Would it be possible to split out the time spent from the date? Additionally, is there a way to split up the tags so they aren't stuck together? Admittedly, I am far from an expert on how to use CSV files, but from what I can tell, better formatting of the exported files would be helpful to Khronos users.

AFAIK, the tags being like that is useful for CSV because it expects that syntax for grouping items. As for the time/date I could try to make it more useful.
