This needs an update to the library BitcoinBlockchain. There is already a pull request on it. See https://github.com/ladimolnar/BitcoinBlockchain/pull/2/files.

Will those SegWit modifications be merged and an new version released? I suppose one could try a build with the modifications themselves, right?
