Question: Native Rust implementation

Are there any plans for a native Rust implementation of liblsl?

Edit: Just found this, I'm guessing this means the wire protocol is not standardized: sccn/labstreaminglayer#109

It's undocumented (unless you count the source code), but at least it has unit tests. In case you want to try your hand at a reimplementation, I could offer moral support and enough information to get started
