Feature request: add LM Adapter run name to the os.environ

If at some point in the LM Adapter training it saved the run name to the env, we could use it later in the notebook for, say, saving the folder, or tagging the downstream NER run.

Tried that if we do the in script thought it won't be updated in global environment of colab

Added a temporary fix the run name will be printed at the end the end one would copy it and paste it in the next cell to make it a global variable.

Note how https://adapterhub.ml/explore/am/wiki/ names its adapters, eventually when we push to AdapterHub we might want a naming scheme like that for our Adapter Models. Currently I don't want to push anything there yet, while our models are still kinda early/untested

For our project I think run name is more important though, so we can go back and look at the adapter model to see all the details of how it was trained, not just the dataset
