Add proper footer and header

We could replicate the header & footers links that we have on the kubefirst documentation but for colony.

It was empty at first caused when the docs was released, we didn't do the move to konstruct yet nor had the colony Twitter account.

If by "docs URLs" you mean all our docs no matter the product, I don't think it will work because of color scheme and logos, and links are different from one project to the other. If you mean, on all pages an user can check in the colony docs, yes, but header + footer in Docusaurus are already like that.

Just so we are clear on terminology, this is the Docusaurus header on Colony:

And this is the footer:

Which are both empty compared to kubefirst ones. With that said, the kubefirst ones are much sexy either, but at least they good the proper information for other mediums we have.

I think we need to also try to sort out a way to add Konstruct logos somewhere so it's obvious that even if a user is in colony or Kubefirst it also has Konstruct branding.

I created this issue since it may not be done at the same time, or in the footer/header.

Footer has been updated, header will be updated once designs with branding has been resolved.
