How to hide tabs on split-window

Like the title says, is it possible to hide tabs on other windows?
When you have tabs on one window and split the window, horizontally or vertically, same tabs come along with the newly created window as well.
I want the tabs to be appeared only on one window.

Hello. I have thought the same thing.

I've created extension to this package.
This package uses dedicated window either at top,left,bottom, or right.
If you don't use Emacs intensively like a IDE (using multiple dedicated windows), I suppose you like this.
