Allow an ingame Computer to run Webify, by talking to a server that sits inbetween the CC Computer and web api

A way to implement this could be through websockets, allowing the webify api to have an argument to switch to a forward mode, like this:
webify forward (port), this might also be implemented as a seperate Lua file for cleanliness, but I think for ease of use it should be implemented into the webify api itself
