(What if a KO had four different types of knowledge elements with implementations of each four types of knowledge elements? This is a complex KO, not a KB. The lifecycle of a KSet (used in a KB) can be independent of the "use" of the KSet. KB's raise the issue of separating the management of the knowledge from the uses to which the knowledge is put.
