Custom Field Data Duplication

First of all thanks for the tool, I searched such a tool, and only AzureBoardsBlockDuplicates is the one tool to block duplicated data.

However I would like to ask if the tool works not only Title and Description fields, but also work for a custom field? Is it possible to improve the tool to work for any custom field?

In the meantime, I encountered a problem with the tool.

I deleted one Task. And I added a new task having the same title as the deleted Task, and the tool has blocked the entry, even though there is no Task having the same Title. Only a deleted Task had the same title. I hope I explained.

Sorry, I have changed "Current Similarity Index threshold is:" value as 1, and the problem went away. I'll check carefully. Thanks
