GPO import file is not a great solution, maybe not working correctly

The base of the GPO-Import feature was originally just an export of my current, mostly empty GPO.
The file is a plain text file in the exporting users language, with tabs seperating the fields and some key fields missing.

This should be adressed by implementing a new way to import group policies
