Draft dropdown background colour is white

Describe the bug
The background to the drafts dropdown is light, whereas the rest of the interface is dark.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on the Longform button on the main toolbar.
2. Click on the drafts dropdown (under the project name dropdown)

Expected behavior
The background colour of the drafts dropdown displays as a dark colour.

Actual behavior
The background colour of the drafts dropdown displays as a light colour.
