Expose application services as model elements

The annotated interfaces/classes as model elements, however it would be interesting to get the dependency graph of the actual implementations.
New Kephas.Services.Model namespace/assembly.

Currently only the service contracts are considered, not the implementations -> no dependency graph can be built
