Exception "Unable to load one or more of the requested types"

It works perfectly until I try to include in my query string an enumeration, then I get this exception - Unable to load one or more of the requested types
and this in the LoaderException Could not load type "Microsoft.ApplicationInsights.Extensibility.ISupportConfiguration" from assembly "Microsoft.ApplicationInsights"

Here's how you can reproduce the problem:

1. Create new ASP.NET Web Application (.NET Framework)
2. Install that NuGet - https://www.nuget.org/packages/Castle.Windsor.Mvc/1.3.0?_src=template ( nuget package here is Castle.Windsor, because in my sample project I wasn`t able to reproduce the problem with Microsoft.ApplicationInsights package)
3. Try to get all types - var types = AppDomain.CurrentDomain.GetAssemblies().SelectMany(x => x.GetTypes()).ToArray();

Last line of code is used in EnumExpressionFactory.cs in LoadType(). What I think is that, when it tries to load all types there might be some references that are not loaded in that moment and throws exception - "Unable to load one or more of the requested types".

If there is an option to choose exactly in which assembly to search by name, there won't be such exception. Something like this - var assemblyName = "MyAssemblyName" var types = AppDomain.CurrentDomain.GetAssemblies().SingleOrDefault(assembly => assembly.GetName().Name == assemblyName );
