Build native binaries in CI instead of manually committing

Hi dear @kdroidFilter,

First of all, thank you for your amazing work! I’ve always been looking for a project like this.

I noticed that .so and .dll files are manually committed in the repository. While the source code is available, including the binaries can increase the repository size and may raise security concerns.

It would be better to build them during CI instead.

I’ve already made a PR — it just needs you to update the build.bat and build.sh scripts to respect the NATIVE_LIB_OUTPUT_DIR, so everything should work smoothly.

Feel free to review the PR; I can improve it if needed. Otherwise, if you prefer not to proceed that way, you can close it.

Have you checked if it works? In my opinion, you need to install the Visual Studio toolkit on Windows with ARM compatibility; you need to install Go on Linux.

These tools are usually preinstalled on the GitHub runners

And yes I tested it on CI, and it works on windows-latest without any extra configurations!

@kdroidFilter before publishing new release -- don't forget to update and test those build.sh and `build.bat files they need to be updated. based on the new workflow file.

since the workflow's current directory is your root project -- you either need to cd maclib or handle it on the build.sh file!

Maybe it’s cleaner to compile each native in its own repo, publish them as releases, and download them in the CI — or simply directly in the Gradle build.
