Install on Ubuntu 20 Failing in Several Places

Trying to run the configure script

1) Fails at the "Accept Terms" page. I've commented that section out.
2) Fails and appears to fall into an infinite loop... the screen shows that it may be trying to delete the vocalizer directory, which doesn't exist.
