Failure to install Radare2 Tarball in setup

Hello, i've been experiencing this issue for the past few days. I have Airpods Pro 3 and the app seemed to work just fine with some minor inconviences, which is fully understandable. at one point the airpods kept insta disconnecting unless i have the app uninstalled and reinstalled so i kept doing that and now i keep getting this error in the setup.

If there's any information u'd like to know lmk, because i cannot reproduce the error. in my current state i keep getting the error but idk how to get to my current state
